1. Simply mix a dough from the ingredients listed above and add a little more flour if necessary if the dough is too runny.

2. Then roll out the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper, spread cinnamon, sugar or raisins on it if you like and roll it up.

3. Now cut off the snails and place them on the tray. Bake at 200°C (fan oven) for approx. 15 minutes. Complete!
