1 . First line a springform pan with baking paper. Then peel the apples, quarter them, core them and score them lengthwise on the top.
2. Now stir the eggs with butter, sugar and vanilla flavor until foamy.
Gradually add the flour with the baking powder and the milk (I don't measure the milk, I just do it by feel and the dough shouldn't be too thin, so one shot is enough).
3. At night, pour the dough into the springform pan and then smooth it out. Then spread the apples on the dough in a wreath shape and preheat the oven to 170 degrees C.
4.Then mix 300ml milk with the bake-proof pudding cream, then spread the pudding in dollops over the apples using a tablespoon. Bake for approx. 25 minutes. It all depends on the oven. It's best to do a stick test. Super tasty, bon appetit!
