Ingredients
- 1 pound shell noodles
- 3 cans 5 ounces each solid white albacore tuna, drained
- 1/2 large red onion minced
- 4 celery ribs diced
- 1 cup thawed frozen peas
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup minced fresh dill
- 1 to 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the shell noodles and cook according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water until the pasta is cooled. Drain well.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked noodles, tuna, onion, celery, and peas.

In a separate small mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, sugar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.

Pour the sauce over the pasta mixture and toss until everything is well coated.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
