INGREDIENTS

CRUST:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs about 2 packages
  • 5 Tablespoons butter- melted
  • ½ teaspoon salt

FILLING:

  • 4 8 oz packages cream cheese- softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons flour
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • ¼ cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 eggs

LEMON CURD:

    • 3 eggs
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon cornstarch
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • ¼ cup butter
