FISH WALLPAPER

Ingredients:

  • Fish fillets (such as salmon, tilapia, sea bass, etc.)
  • Lemon slices
  • Sprigs of fresh herbs (such as thyme, rosemary, parsley)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil
  • Optional vegetables (such as asparagus, carrots, mushrooms)

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).

Cut a large piece of aluminum foil large enough to wrap the fish and additional ingredients.

Place the fish fillets in the center of the aluminum foil. Season them with salt and pepper to taste.

Place a few lemon slices on the fish and add a few sprigs of fresh herbs.

If you want to add vegetables, place them around the fish.

Drizzle a little olive oil over the entire contents of the package.

Close the foil, folding the edges to seal the package airtight.

Place the fish package on a baking sheet and put it in the preheated oven.

Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish. The fish is ready when it is tender and flakes easily with a fork.

Remove the package from the oven and carefully open it (be careful of the hot steam!). Serve the fish wrapped directly in the aluminum foil to preserve the juices and aromas.
