Easy Citrus Ceviche

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh white sea bass or halibut
  • 1 large lime juiced
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion1 large avocado diced
  • 2 roma tomatoes diced
  • pinch salt

Instructions

  • Cut the fish into bite sized pieces and transfer to a large mixing bowl. Keep cold.
  • Toss fish immediately with lime juice and orange juice.
  • Stir in cilantro, red onion, avocado, and tomato. Season with a pinch of salt. Let sit until fish is no longer translucent. Serve chilled.
