Strawberry Cheesecake Lasagna (No Bake)

CRUST

• 1 14.3oz package golden oreo cookies
• 1/2 cup 1 stick unsalted butter

LAYERS

• 1 8oz package cream cheese,softened
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 3 8oz containers whipped topping
• 2/3 cup boiling water
• 1 box 1/2 cup serving size strawberry gelatin
• 1/2 cup cold water and enough ice cubes to make 1 cup
• 1 cup fresh strawberries diced small

TOPPINGS (OPTIONAL)
