Easy Air Fryer Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 pound jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, and lemon juice.
  • Add the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper, and toss to coat the shrimp evenly.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Thread the shrimp onto skewers or place them directly in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they don't fall through the grates.
  • Cook the shrimp for 7-8 minutes, or until they are no longer translucent and have reached an internal temperature of 145°F.
  • Serve the shrimp hot as a main dish or appetizer.
