Easy Baked Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops 3/4 to 1-inch thick
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
  • Rub each pork chop with olive oil.
  • In a small bowl, stir together the salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and onion powder. Rub all sides of the pork chops with the seasoning mix. Place the seasoned pork chops on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. (Actual baking time will depend on the thickness of the chops). Serve hot.

Notes

*If you are sensitive to salt, or on a low sodium diet, reduce the amount of salt and add more to taste when serving.
