-
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Then, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
-
In a medium bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until smooth and fully incorporated. Set aside.
-
On a lightly floured surface, unroll the cold crescent dough and separate each of the 8 triangles. Use a spatula or butter knife to distribute the cinnamon butter filling equally between each crescent roll, spreading to edges of each triangle.
-
Beginning at the widest point of the triangle, roll each crescent down to the point, making sure the tip is tucked underneath.
-
Place each cinnamon crescent roll on the baking and bake for 8-12 minutes until golden brown.
-
While the crescent rolls bake, make the glaze by whisking together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
-
Ice each of the baked crescent rolls and serve warm.
- Crescent dough can quickly become sticky as it reaches room temperature. Using a floured surface prevents it from sticking.
- Be sure to use softened butter so the filling is smooth.
- Ovens can vary so change the bake time as necessary, and check your crescent rolls early in the baking time.
