Ingredients
- 1 package (10 ozs) Matchstick Carrots (raw)
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1 container (6oz) plain greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Ground walnuts for garnish (optional)

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, honey and cinnamon.
Mix well.
Pour over carrots and add raisins.
Mix well.
Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
Before serving sprinkle with walnuts if desired.
Notes
I also enjoy adding pepper to this salad, it gives it a nice little kick. Enjoy!
