- 1/2 cup butter, sliced
- 1 cup Ritz cracker crumbs
- 2 large eggs, whisked
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (6 ounces each)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Cooking Instructions:
- Begin by preheating your oven to 375 degrees.
- Take two separate shallow bowls: place the beaten eggs in one and the Ritz cracker crumbs in the other.
- Combine the cracker crumbs with garlic salt and black pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast first in the eggs, then coat thoroughly with the seasoned crumb mixture.
- Arrange the coated chicken in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Scatter the butter pieces evenly over the chicken.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the chicken turns a delicious golden brown.
