You can use any type of rice for this recipe. Some of the rice types may need more water so make sure to properly add the required amount for proper cooking.
All of the chicken breasts should be of the same size. Even the thickness should not be less and more to ensure each of them is cooked.
Always shake the onion soup mix and the cans before using.
If you think that your rice is done but there is still water then remove the foil so the water can dry quickly.
You can keep it in the fridge for 2-3 days and it will be perfectly fresh to eat. Freezing the cooked meal is not recommended because the chicken will lose its flavor.
