A Vegan Broccoli and Cauliflower Dish Inspired by Spanish Cuisine
Parts and pieces:
florets from one head of broccoli, sliced into pieces
cauliflower, chopped into florets, one head of cauliflower
Olive oil, three teaspoons -
3 garlic cloves, minced cloves
Smoked paprika, one single teaspoon
half a teaspoon of cumin
1/4 milligram of cayenne pepper (this is optional for the heat).
To taste, including salt and pepper
The juice of one lemon
Parsley, fresh and chopped (for use as a garnish)
