Ingredients: 

500 grams of peeled potatoes 1/2 teaspoon of salt

0.25 teaspoons of black pepper
20 grams of fresh coriander, freshly chopped 100 grams of mozzarella cheese, grated

2 tablespoons of cornflour 2 tablespoons of potato starch
Frying oil

Directions: 

1. Potato Preparation: Slice the potatoes into thin strips to ensure uniform frying and achieve optimal crispness.
To enhance the crispiness of the fries, immerse the potato strips in cold water for a minimum of 30 minutes in order to eliminate any surplus starch.
2. spice Mix: In a spacious container, blend together salt, black pepper, and finely minced coriander to create a delectable spice mix.
