Ingredients:
Fresh garlic, chopped or crushed
Fresh onion, finely chopped
Fresh ginger root, grated
Fresh horseradish, grated
Fresh cayenne peppers (including seeds), sliced or chopped
Preparation and Usage:
Combine all ingredients in a blender until you achieve a smooth, lump-free mixture.
Transfer this blend into an airtight glass jar.
Let the mixture sit for two weeks, giving the jar a gentle shake once a day.
After two weeks, strain the mixture to separate the liquid.
