EQUIPMENT

crockpot
INGREDIENTS
- 3 Pounds Boneless Country Style Ribsboneless country style ribs
- 10 Ounce Coca-Cola
- 18 ounce BBQ Sauce
- Salt
- Minced Onion
INSTRUCTIONS
-
Spray your slow cooker with a non-stick spray (I love our homemade one).
-
Lay your ribs in the slow cooker. I cut mine down in size a bit because the strips were so long.
-
Season to taste with salt, pepper, minced onion, and any other seasonings of choice.
-
Pour in Coca-Cola and BBQ sauce.
-
Give a bit of a stir to make sure it’s mixed and the ribs are coated.
-
Turn the slow cooker on low and cook for 4 to 6 hours.
-
Be sure to use a meat thermometer to make sure your ribs are cooked all the way and enjoy! “Done” is 145-degrees, but you might prefer 180-degrees to make them tender.
