Instructions:

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt and honey or maple syrup until well combined.
Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, about 1/4 inch thick.
Sprinkle mixed berries, chopped nuts, and shredded coconut over the yogurt layer.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours or until the yogurt bark is firm.
Once frozen, break the yogurt bark into pieces and serve immediately.
