Ingredients
- 2 cups BBQ Sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- Juice of 3 limes
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- Mix well and refrigerate for at least two hours to allow flavors to blend.
- When your are ready to start cooking, fire up your charcoal grill. We use a chimney starter.
- Discard brine liquid and place chicken breasts on hot grill.
- Cover generously with BBQ sauce.
- Allow to cook about 6 minutes, turn over and cover with more BBQ
