Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
2. In a bowl, mix together the chocolate cake mix, chocolate pudding mix, and milk until the batter is smooth. Then, fold in the mini chocolate chips.
3. Pour the batter into the greased baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the cake cool completely.
4. Once the cake has cooled, use the end of a wooden spoon to poke holes all over it.
5. Pour the warm hot fudge sauce over the cake, making sure it fills the holes. Then, spread the whipped cream evenly over the top.
6. Sprinkle the crushed Oreos and additional chocolate chips on top for garnish.
7. Chill the cake for at least 1 hour before serving to let all the flavors meld together.
